PokerPro Tournaments Begin The next generation of casino poker has arrived, and while casinos have already been using the technology, Donald Trump is leading the way into the future. His Trump Plaza casino will begin holding tournaments on their PokerPro tables starting today, August 28th.

The tournaments are the next step for casinos. PokerPro has been being used in casinos around the country, but when Trump begins these tournaments, the popularity of the automated tables is sure to rise.

Back on June 13th Trump Plaza began using the tables for cash games, and the response has been strong. "Over the past two months, we've built a strong base of PokerPro players. We've had a lot of requests for tournaments, and are pleased to offer them to our players. We have a tournament offering that will rival the best schedules in Atlantic City," said General Manager of Trump Plaza, Jim Rigot.

The full tournament schedule for PokerPro will begin on September 6th. Daily Texas Hold'em tournaments will be held at 11:30 A.M. and 7:30 P.M.. Omaha tournaments will be held on Thursdays at 7:30.

Over the next nine days, $18,000 in free rolls will be offered. "Our players get to name the games they want to play. If you want to have a Pot Limit Omaha game, short handed games, or tournaments for you and your friends, Trump Plaza is the place to be. We can deal what you want, when you want it, fast and error free," said Casino Manager Anthony Spagno.
