Main Event Final Table #2
Main Event Final Table #2
The World Series of Poker Europe Main Event has reached the closing moments and several Americans will be taking a stab at becoming the champion. The biggest name left in the field of nine is Daniel Negreanu.

Negreanu has been near the top of the chip counts pretty much since he sat down at the tables for the Main Event. He goes into the final table in fourth place in the chip count.

The leader at the table will be American John Juanda. He has 1,349,000 chips and is the favorite to win the event. He has been making quite a name for himself of late, and now can add a Main Event title to his resume.

Juanda and Negreanu have seven bracelets between them, but they are not the most intriguing story's at the table. That title would go to Ivan Demidov. He will be trying to do something nobody has ever done.

Demidov, actually, has already done something nobody has ever done. He has reached the final table of the Main Event at both the World Series of Poker in Las Vegas, and the World Series of Poker Europe.

If Demidov wins both titles, he will instantly become one of the most recognizable names in poker and also will be the answer to a poker trivia question. More importantly, he will become a very rich man through the game of poker.

He enters the final table in third place in the chip count with 1,006,000. Stanislav Alekhim is second to Juanda with 1,278,000.
